Before completing and returning your Registration Form, please note that all prices are listed in both US dollars and their equivalent in euros and that participants have two options for paying: Either (1) sending a check for the amount owed directly to Professor Robert J. Heaman, the Dickens Society Secretary-Treasurer. Checks should be made payable to The Dickens Society and mailed with a note indicating what the amount submitted covers (i.e. registration, tickets for the banquet, the excursion to Avignon) to this postal address: 35 Port Jenkins Lane White Haven, PA 18661 Or (2) by PayPal, which is to be found at the Dickens Society Homepage: dickensquarterly.org Two other PayPal addresses are also available to those with an existing PayPal account: http://www.paypal.com (in the US) and http://www.paypal.com/uk (in the UK). In both cases, funds should be sent to the Dickens Society treasurer at this electronic address: Using PayPal at the Dickens Society Homepage, select from among the buttons, double click on each as appropriate: registration/ student registration, banquet in Marseilles, excursion to Avignon – and submit the total using either the credit-card option or PayPal to transfer the money. If you have an existing PayPal account, you may use it to send your payment either in sterling, dollars or euros to following the appropriate instructions; if you do not have a PayPal account, you need to join Paypal by supplying PayPal with details of your address, bank account and credit card so you can transfer the appropriate total from your bank to the Society’s PayPal account, which is registered under the name of the treasurer at this address: All delegates are required to pay the registration fee, which includes the cost of lunches at the university cafeteria, coffee breaks, and an excursion to old Marseilles and return to Aix. Optional are the banquet, which will be held at the restaurant La Nautique, a clipper in the Old Port of Marseilles (La Nautique, Marseille), and the trip to Avignon, a half-day excursion by bus on Saturday afternoon, leaving from the conference centre after the morning panels. The deadline for payment is 10 May. Please return completed Registration Forms by email to Nathalie Vanfasse < nathalie.vanfasse@univ-provence.fr> and David Paroissien Receipt for payment will be issued with the symposium pack.
